EZIBLANK® 6-RU Blanking Panel is a well-received innovative Australian data centre product that is made of high-quality fire rated ABS plastic. Moulded with precisely engineered clips, EZIBLANK® Blanking Panel can be installed easily onto square mounting holes of any EIA-310-D compliant 19” server rack to prevent recirculation of hot exhaust air within server racks.
The snappable feature of the EZIBLANK® 6-RU Blanking Panels makes it the perfect server rack accessory for data centre operators where separated panels can be installed and reused onto different RU heights of unused space.

EZIBLANK® 6-RU Blanking Panel is a well-received innovative Australian data centre product that is made of high-quality flame retardant ABS plastic. The latest addition of EziBlank® Blanking Panels is assembled with specially designed knob latches that are made of medical-grade thermoplastic elastomer rubber. The panel also has moulded positioning studs to assist with the alignment of the panel so that it can be installed easily onto any EIA-310-D compliant 19” server rack regardless of the type of mounting hole.
The modular feature of the EziBlank® 6-RU Blanking Panels makes it the perfect server rack accessory for data centre operators where separated panels can be installed and reused onto different RU heights of unused space.

EziBlank® 19” 1RU Brush Panel is designed for retrofitting onto existing server
equipment cabinet to seal off existing cable entries. The high-quality industrial
bristles provide optimal sealing to prevent hot exhaust air from contaminating
the cold intake air which could cause undesirable wastage and even
performance issue.
With the open-ended design, EziBlank® Brush Panel can be installed directly
onto existing cable entries, the 0.2mm fine bristles are effective in sealing
around individual or bundle of cables entering or leaving the cabinets.

These EziBlank® Modular Wall replacement racks are assembled in minutes, creating a stable rack sized air flow barrier, that can be positioned anywhere and re-used again and again. The modular design transforms our highly acclaimed EziBlank® Wall to a 2-piece, stackable design, transporting and storing on site has never been easier. Each modular can cover up to 23U or 46U when stacked together.
Assembled from flat sheet, EZIBLANK® Modular Wall panels build quickly into a strong, stable triangular structure.

Safety Information: EziBlank Modular Wall is a temporary structure designed as a temporary, removable rack substitute panel for hot/cold aisle air flow management in data centre. The product is not to be used as weight bearing structure under any circumstances and EziBlank will not be responsible for any damage or injury caused by incorrect use of the product. Please refer to EziBlank Safety Information Sheet for more information.
Note: For Modular Wall Extension installation, Cutter Tool (EZWCTTL01) can be used to cut the Modular Wall. See the installation instruction document for more details.

Add-on Angle for EziBlank Wall
Containment Air Flow Control
A cost effective way to making the EziBlank® Wall even more effective and secure.
EziBlank® add-on mounting angle are designed to further secure our popular EziBlank® Walls in place. They are particularly useful for aligning (at top) and securing multiple EziBlank® Walls. The single angle can be fixed to the wall or across two walls by use of provided black plastic screws. Also, for extra securing the angle can be fixed to the floor by use of provided double-sided tape tabs.
